Do you feel difficulty in seeing dim light? Do you experience poor vision at night? Do you experience blurry vision when looking at faraway objects? When your body lacks these nutrients, it starts affecting your eyes.  Vitamin A is also considered as effective treatment of various eyes problems. Vitamin A, Zinc and beta carotene present in green leafy vegetables, poultry, beans and carrots also prevent the risk of various eye diseases. It is recommended to add more fruits, green leafy vegetables and nuts to promote good eye health. 
2)Excess Sun Exposure-
Spending time under the sun for prolonged period may damage your eyes and may also cause night blindness. The ultraviolet rays can permanently damage your eyes’ cells. So avoid being outside when sun is at its peak or wear sunglasses to cover your eyes if spending time in bright and sustained sunlight is necessary.
