1.Eat an anti-inflammatory diet- An unhealthy diet has great role on your overall skin health. That is why it is important to add healthy and anti-inflammatory food to your diet. Take more green leafy vegetables, foods which are rich in vitamin C and E. Eat fish as they contain high amount of omega 3 which help maintain your skin’s moisture and elasticity. Eat berries, pomegranate, tomatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes. They not only prevent discoloration but also prevent from free radical damage. You can also add green tea, flax seeds, coconut oil and almonds to keep your skin hydrated.

2.Exercise regularly-Exercising is the best way to detoxify your skin.It helps in blood circulation and boosts your immune system. Exercising causes your skin to sweat more which helps in cleansing your skin. It also works as an anti-ageing factor and helps release skin waste.It is recommended to exercise 30 to 40 minutes a day and do not forget to hydrate it properly. Dehydration increases inflammation and dryness in the skin.
3.Add supplements-Your unhealthy diet and nutrient deficiency can increase your chances of getting skin disorder. You can greatly reduce your chances by adding supplements rich in zinc, omega-3, vitamins B3 and B5, antioxidants such as vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E.These supplements may help you improve your skin and lessen your signs of ageing.
4.Washing the face-You are advised to wash your skin with prescribed face wash. Avoid rubbing your skin as it increases inflammation and makes your patches darker. Talk to your dermatologist to prescribe cream to lessen your spot.You are also advised to protect your skin from harmful sun rays,try to apply SPF 50 if you go outdoor.
5.Limit your sun exposure- Sun rays have both positive and negative impact on your skin.Excessive exposure of sun rays can highly damage your skin and may also lead to skin cancer.On the other hand little sun rays are required to make enough vitamin D needed by the body.Avoid visiting excess time in sun rays to prevent danger and hyper pigmentation.
