Treatments for insomnia
1. Avoid using cell phones, laptops after going to bed for sleep.
2. Go to bed when you feel tired.
3. Try to go to bed early and wake up at the same time every
4. Reduce the tension and anxiety in your life that is hindering your sleep.
5. Indulge yourself in the activities and events that keep your mind busy.
6. Avoid smoking.It contains nicotine, that triggers insomnia.
7. Avoid drinking excessive amounts of alcohol.
8. Avoid drinking tea or coffee before going to sleep as it can highly disrupt your sleep quality.
9. Exercise is an extremely beneficial for the body. Exercising for 20 to 30 minutes can lead to good quality sleep.
