Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

If customer canceled the order during the first 10 days of the order placement, he will be eligible for full refund less 2% to be deducted as service fees.

If customer canceled the order after 10days of the order placement or in case of not show up, he will not be eligible for a refund.

All refund requests must be made by the User or debit/credit card holder and must include the name of the User and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original debit/credit card used for payment within 30 days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.
